The moment a person gives his or her life to Christ, the kingdom of darkness recognizes that a new soldier has entered the army of God. The Bible says in Ephesians 6:12: "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." Jesus knew that His disciples would face opposition from Satan, demonic powers, persecution, witchcraft attacks, temptations, and afflictions.
