The Bible makes it clear in Ephesians 6 that we are not fighting people, but spiritual forces. When you pray, you are: Confronting invisible resistance Enforcing God’s authority Pushing back darkness If your prayer is casual, your results will often be casual. 2. Start With Authority (Know Who You Are) Effective prayer begins with identity. You don’t beg, you stand in authority through Christ. “I don’t pray as a victim, I pray as someone seated in victory.” Pray like: 1.In the name of Jesus, I take authority over every situation in my life in the name of Jesus. 2.I stand on God’s Word, and I declare total freedom over my life in the name of Jesus.
