INTRODUCTION

Beloved, life is a battlefield, not a playground.

Whether you like it or not, you are in a war — a spiritual war.

Invisible forces contend with destinies, delay breakthroughs and resist divine promises.

But hear this clearly:

Every problem has a divine solution.

Every battle has a heavenly strategy.

Every oppression has an expiration date!

There are battles that cannot be solved by human strength alone. There are situations where a person can use every human connection available and still remain where they are.

But when human strength reaches its limit, God's power has no limit.

Psalm 121:1-2 says:

“I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.”

Your help comes from the Lord.

WHEN BATTLES EXCEED HUMAN POWER

There are battles that:

• No doctor can cure.
• No connection can solve.
• No money can fix.
• No human wisdom can resolve.

The Bible gives us examples of stubborn situations.

THE CITY UNDER SIEGE

In 2 Kings 6:26-30, Samaria was under severe siege and the situation became extremely difficult.

Human resources had failed.

The people were facing a situation beyond their ability to solve.

Yet God intervened.

THE MAN AT THE POOL

In John 5:5-7, a man had suffered for thirty-eight years.

His situation had continued for decades.

But one encounter with Jesus changed his story.

This is why you must never conclude that your situation is beyond the power of God.

Luke 18:27 says:

“The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.”

THE MYSTERY OF DIVINE INTERVENTION

God does not need human permission to intervene.

When God decides to intervene, He can create a way where there appears to be no way.

THE RED SEA

The Red Sea stood before Israel, while Pharaoh's army was behind them.

But God made a way through the impossible.

Exodus 14:21

“And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go back.”

THE WALLS OF JERICHO

Jericho appeared impossible to conquer, but the walls fell by the power of God.

Joshua 6:20

“The wall fell down flat.”

LAZARUS

Lazarus had been dead for four days.

Yet Jesus called him out of the grave.

John 11:43

“Lazarus, come forth.”

Your situation may look dead, delayed or impossible, but God is still able to intervene.

Your solution may look delayed, but it is not denied!

WEAPONS OF WARFARE FOR DIVINE SOLUTION

2 Corinthians 10:4 says:

“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds.”

God has given His people spiritual weapons.

1. PRAYER

Luke 18:1

“Men ought always to pray, and not to faint.”

Prayer keeps you connected to divine intervention.

2. THE WORD OF GOD

Hebrews 4:12

“For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword.”

Stand upon God's Word when circumstances speak contrary to His promises.

3. FAITH

Hebrews 11:6

“But without faith it is impossible to please him.”

Believe that God is able to intervene.

4. PRAISE

In Acts 16:25-26, Paul and Silas prayed and sang praises at midnight, and God shook the prison.

Your praise can become part of your warfare.

DIVINE SOLUTION REQUIRES VIOLENT FAITH

Matthew 11:12 says:

“The kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.”

Spiritual warfare requires determination.

You must:

• Pray aggressively.
• Stand upon the Word of God.
• Speak with authority.
• Reject oppression.
• Refuse to surrender.
• Believe God for results.
• Continue until your testimony manifests.

When you engage your spiritual weapons with faith, you are refusing to allow the enemy to have the final word.

ISRAEL AT THE RED SEA

When Israel had nowhere to go, God opened the sea.

Exodus 14:14 says:

“The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.”

JEHOSHAPHAT

Jehoshaphat faced a great multitude, but God gave Israel victory.

2 Chronicles 20:15 says:

“The battle is not yours, but God's.”

DANIEL IN THE LIONS' DEN

Daniel faced a deadly situation, but God shut the mouths of the lions.

Daniel 6:22

“My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions' mouths.”

PAUL AND SILAS

They prayed and praised God while imprisoned.

Then the prison doors opened.

Acts 16:26

“And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken.”

These examples show that God is still the God of divine intervention.
