INTRODUCTION

There are seasons when a believer needs to arise in prayer and call upon the power of God against every work of darkness.

The Bible says:

“Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered.” — Psalm 68:1

Witchcraft attacks are intended to bring fear, oppression, limitation, confusion, affliction, stagnation, loss, and spiritual bondage. But the child of God does not have to live in fear.

Our confidence is not in our own strength. Our confidence is in the Lord Jesus Christ and in the authority of His name.

The Bible declares:

“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds.” — 2 Corinthians 10:4

As you pray these warfare prayers, surrender yourself completely to God. Renounce every known and unknown involvement with darkness, repent of sin, stand upon the Word of God, and place your trust in Jesus Christ.

O LORD, ARISE! LET EVERY WITCHCRAFT ATTACK AGAINST MY LIFE BE DESTROYED, IN THE NAME OF JESUS!

WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS ABOUT WITCHCRAFT

Scripture repeatedly warns God's people against witchcraft, sorcery, divination, and occult practices.

Leviticus 19:31 says:

“Regard not them that have familiar spirits, neither seek after wizards, to be defiled by them.”

The believer is not called to seek power from occult sources. Our help comes from God.

Psalm 121:1–2 declares:

“I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.”

When you are under attack, run to God.

When you are afraid, run to God.

When you feel surrounded, run to God.

When enemies gather, call upon the Lord.

GOD CAN SCATTER THE GATHERING OF THE WICKED

Isaiah 54:15 gives us a powerful promise:

“Whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake.”

Not every gathering against you will succeed.

Not every conspiracy will stand.

Not every evil plan will become reality.

Not every word spoken against you will prevail.

The Lord is able to scatter the gathering of the wicked and frustrate their counsel.

Isaiah 54:17 says:

“No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper.”

Therefore, do not allow fear to rule your heart.

Stand upon the Word of God and pray with faith.

DELIVERANCE AND SPIRITUAL WARFARE

Deliverance begins with submitting yourself to God.

The Bible says:

“Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” — James 4:7

Prayer is not an invitation to fear the enemy. Prayer is an opportunity to submit completely to God and exercise faith in His power.

1 John 4:4 says:

“Greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.”

Your confidence must therefore be in Christ.

PREPARING YOUR HEART BEFORE YOU PRAY

Before entering into these warfare prayers:

• Surrender your life completely to Jesus Christ.
• Confess and repent of known sins.
• Renounce occult and witchcraft involvement.
• Forgive those you have chosen to forgive.
• Reject fear and intimidation.
• Stand upon the promises of Scripture.
• Ask the Holy Spirit to strengthen you.
• Pray with faith and perseverance.
• Continue in obedience to God after your prayers.

Psalm 34:17 says:

“The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.”

PRAISE AND WORSHIP

Begin with worship. Magnify Jesus Christ above every power, principality, witchcraft power, and work of darkness.

Declare that Jesus Christ is Lord over your life, your family, your health, your business, your finances, your home, and your future.

Then enter into the following warfare prayers.
