50 Powerful Prayers Against Evil Conspiracy With Bible Verses
Key Scriptures
Psalm 64:2:
“Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity.”
Acts 23:20–21:
“And he said, The Jews have agreed to desire thee that thou wouldest bring Paul down into the council to morrow...”
Isaiah 54:17:
“No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn.”
Psalm 35:1:

Introduction
The enemy may use opposition, false accusations, deception, manipulation, intimidation, ungodly alliances, or coordinated efforts to hinder a person's progress. Scripture gives examples of people who faced secret plots and conspiracies.
Paul faced a conspiracy against his life in Acts 23:12–15, when more than forty men agreed together to kill him.
David also prayed concerning secret plots against him:
“Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked.” — Psalm 64:2
However, Christians should not assume that every disagreement, setback, criticism, or difficult relationship is a supernatural conspiracy. Some problems arise from human decisions, misunderstandings, workplace dynamics, family conflicts, or ordinary circumstances.
The purpose of these prayers is to ask God to expose wrongdoing, frustrate evil agendas, defend His children from false accusations, break destructive spiritual strongholds, and establish His purpose.
Psalm 37:5 says:
“Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.”
When evil plans arise, take the matter to God.
What Is Evil Conspiracy?
A conspiracy generally involves two or more people secretly agreeing or working together toward an unlawful, harmful, or wrongful objective.
In a spiritual warfare context, believers may also use the expression “evil conspiracy” when referring to coordinated opposition, destructive schemes, false accusations, manipulation, or what they understand as spiritual attacks.
The Bible records several examples of secret plots:
- Joseph's brothers conspired against him.
- David faced secret opposition.
- Nehemiah faced coordinated resistance.
- Haman plotted against the Jews.
- Paul's enemies formed a conspiracy against him.
Yet God repeatedly demonstrated that human schemes cannot overturn His ultimate purpose.
Proverbs 19:21 says:
“There are many devices in a man's heart; nevertheless the counsel of the LORD, that shall stand.”
Why Do People Experience Opposition and Evil Plots?
The original article identifies situations in which people may experience intense opposition, including:
- When their progress becomes visible.
- When they are approaching an important breakthrough.
- When they are promoted or entrusted with greater responsibility.
- When they are trying to move beyond a difficult past.
- When they are attempting to change destructive family patterns.
- When they are approaching a major turning point.
- When they are determined to break destructive generational patterns.
- When they want to establish a different future for their family.
- When they have left former occult or ungodly practices and are now following Christ.
- When they believe they are facing persistent spiritual opposition.
- When they are seeking restoration after seasons of loss or hardship.
But remember: not every setback proves that someone is conspiring against you.
Wisdom requires prayer, discernment, patience, evidence, and appropriate action.
What Can Evil Conspiracy Produce?
Where genuine wrongdoing or destructive opposition exists, it can result in:
- False accusations
- Loss of opportunities
- Unnecessary punishment
- Workplace conflict
- Family division
- Emotional distress
- Financial setbacks
- Damaged relationships
- Fear and discouragement
- Delayed progress
- Legal or social problems
The Bible, however, teaches believers not to respond to evil with evil.
Romans 12:19 says:
“Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.”
Therefore, our prayers should ask God to expose, stop, overturn, and neutralize evil, while leaving ultimate judgment to Him.
How to Deal With Evil Conspiracy
1. Give Your Life to Christ
A believer's first foundation is a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Colossians 1:13 says that God “hath delivered us from the power of darkness.”
2. Depend on the Holy Spirit
Ask the Holy Spirit for wisdom and discernment.
John 16:13 says:
“When he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth.”
3. Stand on God's Word
The Word of God gives believers confidence when facing opposition.
Isaiah 54:17 declares that no weapon formed against God's people shall prosper.
4. Refuse Fear
2 Timothy 1:7 says:
“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”
5. Pray for Exposure and Divine Intervention
Ask God to expose hidden wrongdoing and frustrate destructive plans.
Psalm 64:10 says:
“The righteous shall be glad in the LORD, and shall trust in him.”
6. Take Wise Practical Action
If the conspiracy involves workplace misconduct, false accusations, abuse, criminal conduct, or other real-world wrongdoing, prayer should be accompanied by appropriate practical steps, documentation, trusted counsel, and lawful authorities where necessary.
