Introduction
There are seasons in life when you must come before God with determination and say:
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
Prayer and fasting have been powerful biblical weapons through which God's people have sought Him in times of trouble, opposition and impossible situations.
There are situations that require intensified, regular, consistent and persistent prayer.
Jesus Himself taught the importance of persistence in prayer.
Luke 18:1 says:
“Men ought always to pray, and not to faint.”
The purpose of persistent prayer is not to manipulate God. Rather, it is to keep our faith focused on Him while refusing to surrender to fear, discouragement or spiritual opposition.
When you have prayed, fasted and waited through difficult seasons, you can bring your cry before God with renewed faith:
“Lord, enough is enough. Arise and intervene in my situation.”
Pray these prayer points with faith.
Pray them with determination.
Pray with expectation.
Pray with a heart that believes that God is able to deliver, restore, heal and establish you.
The God who answered Elijah by fire is still God.
1 Kings 18:24 says:
“And the God that answereth by fire, let him be God.”
WHAT DOES “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH” MEAN IN PRAYER?
It means reaching a place where you refuse to accept hopelessness as your final destination.
It means taking your burdens to God and asking Him to intervene.
It means refusing to give up because of repeated disappointment.
It means standing upon God's promises instead of surrendering to fear.
Blind Bartimaeus cried out to Jesus despite the crowd trying to silence him.
Mark 10:48 says:
“And many charged him that he should hold his peace: but he cried the more a great deal...”
His persistence brought him before Jesus.
The widow in Luke 18 also persisted until justice was granted.
These accounts teach us the value of persistent faith.
BIBLICAL EXAMPLES OF PERSISTENT FAITH
1. Blind Bartimaeus
Bartimaeus refused to allow the crowd to silence his cry.
His cry was an expression of desperate faith.
Mark 10:52 says:
“And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole.”
2. The Persistent Widow
Jesus used the widow's persistence to teach His disciples about continual prayer.
Luke 18:7 says:
“And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him...?”
3. Elijah
Elijah prayed persistently until the evidence of rain appeared.
1 Kings 18:44 records that eventually the servant saw a small cloud.
The answer may begin small before it becomes visible as a major testimony.
WHAT YOU MUST REFUSE TO TOLERATE
As you pray, bring before God whatever is contrary to His will for your life, including:
- Persistent fear
- Spiritual oppression
- Repeated disappointment
- Destructive habits
- Unhealthy patterns
- Unexplained setbacks
- Persistent financial hardship
- Delay and stagnation
- Confusion
- Discouragement
- Family problems
- Destructive spiritual practices
- Sin and disobedience
- Anything that repeatedly pulls you away from God
Not every problem has a demonic explanation. Some situations require repentance, wisdom, medical care, counseling, financial discipline, legal action, reconciliation or other practical steps.
Prayer should strengthen you to take those steps wisely.
BEFORE YOU PRAY
Find a quiet place.
If you are fasting, fast according to your health and circumstances.
Confess your sins to God.
Forgive others.
Ask the Holy Spirit to search your heart.
Renounce practices that are contrary to God's Word.
Then pray with faith.
James 4:7 says:
“Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”
Your first position is submission to God.
Your second is resistance against evil.

- Father, I thank You for delivering me from every form of evil, in the name of Jesus.
- I put a permanent stop to every recurring dream of eating that is contrary to Your will for my life, in the name of Jesus.
- Every power pursuing my peace, progress and divine purpose, be frustrated, in the name of Jesus.
- Anywhere my name is mentioned in any evil gathering, let the fire of God answer on my behalf, in the name of Jesus.
- Every evil spiritual assignment against my life, be cancelled by the power of God, in the name of Jesus.
- I command every satanic scheme against my life to fail completely, in the name of Jesus.
- Every power of darkness hunting for my peace and progress, lose your power, in the name of Jesus.
- Every spiritual contamination that has entered my life through dreams, be cleansed by the Blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus.
- Let every evil pathway through which the enemy seeks to gain access to my life be permanently closed, in the name of Jesus.
- Father Lord, fill my life with the fire of the Holy Spirit and make me continually on fire for You, in the name of Jesus.

Open every door that You have ordained for me.
Give me wisdom to take the right practical steps.
Give me strength to remain faithful.
Give me grace to continue praying without fainting.

Restore what needs restoration.
Heal what needs healing.
Deliver what needs deliverance.
And establish me in Your perfect will.
