Introduction

Not every counsel is beneficial. The Bible warns that wrong advice, ungodly influence, deception, and destructive plans can lead people away from God's purpose.

As a believer, you should seek God's wisdom and test every counsel against His Word.

Ahithophel gave counsel against David during Absalom's rebellion. David prayed that God would turn the counsel into foolishness.

God answered, and Ahithophel's counsel was not ultimately successful.

Rehoboam Rejected Wise Counsel

You may pray one session per day, or pray several sessions together according to your available time.

Begin each session with thanksgiving. Read the Scripture attached to each prayer, pray with faith, and bring your personal circumstances before God.
