INTRODUCTION
Sacrifice is a serious subject in the Bible. Scripture contains both sacrifices offered to God and examples of people attempting to use sacrifices in idolatrous or ungodly worship.
In Christian spiritual-warfare prayer, evil sacrifices refers to sacrifices or offerings that people believe have been made through occultic, idolatrous or satanic practices with the intention of causing harm, establishing spiritual claims or influencing the lives of others.
The Bible clearly condemns idolatry and participation in occultic worship.
At the same time, believers do not need to live in fear of what someone may have done spiritually.
Our confidence is in Jesus Christ.
The New Testament teaches that Christ's sacrifice is sufficient and that He has triumphed over principalities and powers.
Therefore, these prayers focus on asking God to destroy every evil effect, cancel every ungodly claim, break every evil covenant connected to such practices and establish the victory of Christ over our lives.
WHAT ARE EVIL SACRIFICES?
An evil sacrifice can refer to an offering made in connection with idolatry, occultic worship or practices contrary to God.
People may seek prayer concerning:

WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS ABOUT SACRIFICES
The Bible teaches that worship belongs to God alone.
Deuteronomy 6:13 says:
“Thou shalt fear the LORD thy God, and serve him.”
Scripture also warns against participation in sacrifices offered to idols.
1 Corinthians 10:20 teaches that sacrifices offered to idols are not worship directed toward God.
But Christians have a greater foundation.
Jesus Christ offered Himself once for all.
Hebrews 10:14 says:

Your confidence is in the finished work of Christ.

HOW TO PRAY AGAINST EVIL SACRIFICES
Before praying:
- Give your life completely to Jesus Christ.
