Introduction

Familiar spirits are demonic spirits that operate closely around individuals, families, and generations to monitor, manipulate, deceive, and oppose God's purpose. They often gain access through ancestral practices, occult involvement, idolatry, witchcraft, ungodly covenants, or persistent sin.

These spirits seek to keep people in cycles of failure, fear, delay, confusion, oppression, addiction, repeated affliction, and spiritual stagnation. Because they are "familiar," they often know family patterns, weaknesses, and past histories, making their attacks appear persistent and recurring.

However, Jesus Christ has complete authority over every familiar spirit. Through His death and resurrection, He has given believers power to trample upon serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy.

As you pray these prayer points in faith, believe God to expose every hidden operation of familiar spirits, destroy every ancestral influence, break every satanic monitoring system, and establish you in complete liberty through Christ Jesus.
